I found this process really helpful. Even though it took me a while to redesign my website, it does not look as I want it but have still learnt a lot.
I am always thought that meditation was a technique to relax. I remember when I went to Thailand I saw all this monks sitting on the temples chilling for hours. I did not realize that there where inside their minds meditating.
I learnt that practicing meditation has positive medical results for our health. Also that meta-attention is the secret of concentration
I am on day 15 of headspace.com and I really enjoying it. I find that breathing is really important in the practicing as Chade-Meng says: meditation is breathing as if your life depends on it.
