What did you learn from your mindfulness conversation? How did the other person find it?

I practiced this excercise with my partner. We found that looping really helped to understand each others thoughts and it stopped us from misinterpreting each other, we also both found that dipping stopped us from getting distacted by other thoughts.

Which of the three suggested techniques will you use to sustain your practice?

I will use looping to stenghen my mindful conversation as I found this the most helpful when practising with my partner.
