When programming, what are some of your triggers? What causes a disproportionate emotional response?

When you are stuck in some on an the exercise for hours and you are noticing that you breath it is not the same, the feeling of frustration is all over your mind and the anger feeling taking over your body.

Is hard to realize that you are stuck in something really simple, it could be a semi-column that are you missing in your code or something really little as an upper-case or even a simple dot. In that moment before your going to blow up is when we need to use for the Siberian North Railroad, which is a practice for dealing with triggers or negatives emotions. Siberian North Railroad is the short cut for: Stop, breath, notice, reflect and respond. I found this exercise really helpful to maintain and control my emotions in bad times.
